In Attitudinal Healing (AH), and many other “Truths”, we learn to understand that once we get on the other side of irritation / fear, miraculous incidences can occur, and limiting beliefs and blocks to love can fade while emotional symptoms are diminished and often disappear.

Welcome to this Awesome Attitudes Peace Blog. It is no accident that you are here. It is great to have you, just the way you are. You are beginning this New Year of 2018, filled with unlimited potential and possibilities. I want to encourage you and give you new hope to live a happier, less stressed way of living. This is a new day in your life. STARTING JANUARY 2018.
Are you stressed…like this kitty cat? Do you feel frustrated, angry, sad, or more? Thank you for joining me on this marvelous journey to create a community where every person can develop Inner Peace by reducing stress via Love based Attitudes at all ages. When you KNOW how to make choices to enhance your life and live with a change in attitudes from a fear base to a love base you live in more freedom and inner peace…and a state of consciousness that allows for connection and so much more, and to live with less stress. Our purpose really is to live in love, inner peace and oneness.
This Awesome Attitudes Blog for Peace will initially be using the Miraculous 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing based on mental health / psychological and spiritual ideologies …PLUS much more from many wise truth-seekers and Masters, Collective Consciousness…so every person can expand Inner Peace and reduce stress via these Love based Principles. I have learned from many: Johnathan Livingston Seagull, Buddha, Gandhi…Dr. David Hawkins, Dr. Gerald Jampolsky…up to Oprah, Deepak Chopra, and my “main man” Jesus, as well as family and friends, and many more during my whole life and especially the last 30 years with my intention for more openness and expansion in my thinking.

What is Attitudinal Healing?
I have volunteered for the Metro Detroit Center for Attitudinal Healing (one of many Centers around the world) for about 25 years and have been the Executive Director for the past few years. We recently “closed our doors” here and I just “know” I have to continue to write about these principles and like-wise philosophies…it is my purpose, now…so here I am! (Learn more in About Me.)
Attitudinal Healing is a cross-cultural method of healing that helps remove self-imposed blocks such as judgment, blame, shame and self-condemnation that are in the way of experiencing lasting love, peace, and happiness. It is based on the belief that it is not people or experiences outside of ourselves that cause us to be upset. Rather, it is our thoughts, attitudes, and judgments about them (out influences) that cause us distress.
Health is defined as inner peace and healing as the letting go of fear. These are guiding principles in this groundbreaking work in personal, collective, and global transformation.
The approach and philosophy is based on universal principles and forgiveness. People of all ages, beliefs, walks of life, and cultures benefit from the practice of Attitudinal Healing. From www.ahinternational.org.
